Marcelline Santos-Taylor is a freelance writer and consultant. She writes a bi-weekly column for The Filipino Express entitled "Manila Girl," upon which her first book "Missing Mangoes" is based. She also contributes to regional food and parenting magazines, and trade publications. She is also a marketing and special events consultant, specializing in teen programs. She is the Teen Program Coordinator at the Library Company of Burlington, Burlington, NJ as well as the Teen Facilitator of the Coffeehouse program at the Riverton Free Library, Riverton, NJ. She also conducts creative writing workshops and is the Regional Representative for the Burlington/South Jersey area of the National Association of Women Writers.

She is also a photographer, self-professed foodie, and domestic goddess wannabe. Marcelline lives in New Jersey with her husband and two sons.
